Selvam Velayudhan
Selvam Velayudhan is Assistant QAQC Manager at the Shah Alam site in Malaysia.
He joined Beckers in 2010 as a Lab Technician and has progressed through roles of increasing responsibility in quality assurance and quality control. Over 15 years, he has developed expertise in managing product quality and ensuring process consistency, working closely with technical, production, and sales teams to balance technical accuracy with customer expectations. This cross-functional collaboration has shaped his strategic thinking and deepened his understanding of the business as a whole. He takes pride in contributing to a company that values sustainability and continuous improvement, and describes the culture as one that balances professionalism with a family-like atmosphere – where people work hard but also look out for one another.
