Lily Li

Lily Li is QA Manager based in Shanghai, China. She joined Beckers in August 2023 and has since led key quality initiatives, including building a company-wide customer complaint workflow and driving cross-functional problem-solving on critical product issues.

A defining moment came when she led Sales, R&D, and Production teams through root-cause analysis on a PVDF defect reported by a key customer, turning a crisis into a lasting process improvement. For Lily, Beckers' commitment to quality goes beyond words: it's embedded in every decision, from product development to customer service. She values the collaborative culture where teams work together across functions and regions, and appreciates the space she's been given to grow from technical expert to initiative leader.
