Beckers Group appoints Tatjana Thiel as Chief Human Resources Officer

Experienced HR leader strengthens people development and performance culture

Beckers Group has appointed Tatjana Thiel as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), effective 1 June 2026. Based in Berlin, she reports to Group CEO Christophe Sabas and joins the global leadership team.

Tatjana brings more than 25 years of senior human resources leadership experience from international industrial companies, with a strong focus on leading transformation, developing people and supporting sustainable performance in complex global environments. She joins Beckers from ZF Friedrichshafen, where she served as Senior Vice President and CHRO of the Electrified Powertrain Division and was a member of the Division Management Board.

Throughout her career, Tatjana has partnered closely with business leaders to strengthen leadership capability, talent development and performance culture across international organizations. Her experience spans senior HR roles at MAN Truck & Bus, Scania and HOCHTIEF, where she supported global teams in navigating change, growth and evolving business demands. Tatjana holds a degree in Psychology and Ergonomics from Ruhr University Bochum and has completed executive education programs at Oxford Saïd Business School, IMD, ESMT and IESE.
