Valentina Gazzola works as an R&D Laboratory Technician in Italy, having joined Beckers in 2022. She began as a QC Laboratory Technician before transferring to the R&D laboratory, which she describes as the most interesting moment in her development. Despite the challenges of learning intricate new processes, she found capable colleagues who supported her growth.
