Our vision and values

Our vision

We raise the standard of care for our world.

We understand the enormous impact our actions can have on the environment, the people we work with and the communities we operate in. So we take our responsibility towards future generations seriously. Sustainability is not just another box we check on our Corporate Social Responsibility list, it's an integral part of our who we are. It is our business. That's why we're committed not only to improving our own performance, but we’re also encouraging our partners throughout the value chain – from suppliers to customers – to join us on this journey.

Our owner's vision for Beckers guides us:

I want Beckers to set the standards in our industry segments, to leverage our outstanding customer relationships, to secure a leading innovative edge and foster a culture always striving for the best solutions for our customers, our company and society at large.

Jenny Lindén Urnes, Lindéngruppen AB Owner

Our purpose

Making coatings a force for good at every touchpoint.

We believe that as a company, it's our responsibility to be a force for good in the world. We live in challenging times – from climate change to social inequality to increasing political instability. We cannot leave these challenges for someone else to deal with. We need to step up and meet them head-on with steadfast determination and a definite action plan. By being a force for good, we can make a difference.

Our values

Our values represent the foundation for all guiding principles shaping Beckers’ culture. They allow us to determine what guides our priorities, actions and behaviour within the organization; they are long-term and define the character of the company.
