Beckers is a private coatings company that develops environmentally compatible paint systems. Our expertise is based on our long history dating back over 150 years. Our organization is global, ensuring fast service to customers from 23 locations in 17 countries.

Our owner has defined a clear vision for the company based on corporate values, a long-term competitive edge, growth and profitability.

Compliance and Reporting Misconduct

Our policy is to support open and fair discussion of issues and concerns. Our employees are encouraged and expected to report any incidents of non-compliance or suspected non-compliance with our Code of Conduct. We have established several “whistle blowing” channels to protect the anonymity and confidentiality of those reporting.
