Monika Mazur works as a Quality, Management Systems and Continuous Improvement Manager in Tarnow, Poland. She is also the board representative for the integrated management system. Her responsibilities include internal audits, management reviews, procedure updates, re-certifications, KPI and EKPI reporting and supervision of corrective-preventive actions. She is also involved in sustainability issues and supervises the procedures connected with obtaining various environmental permissions.
Having worked at Beckers since 2002 she still finds every day as stimulating as ever. She started our as an office assistant and has since then held various positions within accounting, logistics and customer service. Monika has also spent some time in the coil coatings laboratory since she has studied chemistry and environmental protection. She enjoys learning new things, facing and solving challenges and being part of big projects.
