Dr Boris Gorella resigns as CEO of Beckers Group

Christophe Sabas, President Coil Coatings, Europe, Africa and Americas is appointed interim CEO.

Dr Boris Gorella has been the CEO of Beckers Group since 2011. During these years Beckers Group has expanded its operations in both Europe, Asia and the Americas to become the market leader in coil coating. Under Dr Boris Gorella’s leadership the business has grown considerably and reached several milestones on its journey to become the world’s most sustainable coatings company. With effect from June 1, 2020, Dr Boris Gorella will leave Beckers Group in mutual agreement with the Board.

Mr Christophe Sabas has been with Beckers Group for 22 years. He has held several leadership positions and is a part of the Group Management Team. Mr Sabas will take over as interim CEO with immediate effect.
