Beckers Group Receives EcoVadis CSR Gold Standard

Beckers Group has received its first gold rating for Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) performance by EcoVadis, an online platform that benchmarks more than 30,000 companies yearly. EcoVadis experts independently assessed and validated Beckers CSR performance in four core areas: Environment, Fair Business Practices, Labour Practices & Human Rights, and Sustainable Procurement. The gold standard is the highest rating level awarded to any company and with it, Beckers Group is in the top 5% in the category ‘Manufacture of paints, varnishes and similar coatings’.

“This great result is a consequence of intensive work by many functions within Beckers and shows our commitment to sustainable development. It is an encouragement to continue on this path and advance our sustainability performance in the years to come,” says Nicklas Augustsson, Beckers’ Global Sustainability Director.

Beckers Group has been working with EcoVadis since 2013 and has conducted three assessments in four years.

About EcoVadis
